Relationship & Client Solutions Executive
Fulltime Position
JOB PURPOSE
As a Relationship and Client Solutions Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth, expand the company’s client base, and contribute to overall business success.
RESPONSIBILITIES – Duties/Tasks include but are not limited to:
New Business Development:
• Generate new business growth through network development, new client acquisition, clients retention and sales campaigns;
• Arrange and conduct meetings with clients, professional intermediaries and relationship managers across different jurisdictions;
• Assist prospective clients with the establishment of sophisticated corporate and fiduciary structures;
• Prepare new business proposals and support colleagues in the development of new business; Client Relationship Management:
• Manage, build and nurture relationships with existing clients (including HNW and UHNW clients), understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
• Work in close collaboration with the Client Operations Team in assisting client inquiries, concerns, and escalations, providing prompt and effective resolutions.
• Debtors management – review reports and implement actions where needed to ensure a continuing cash flow and that unpaid fees are collected in a timely manner.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
• Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals through effective client management and new business acquisitions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales plans, forecasting, and budgets to drive business growth.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with internal teams (such as Client Operations, Onboarding, Risk & Compliance) to ensure seamless execution and delivery of services to clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues to optimize processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Leadership
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships within the team, company and with external parties.
• Act as a brand ambassador for TrustQore, i.e, leading by example in everything that you do.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS – Training
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is advantageous.
• Proficiency in spoken English
• Other languages are an advantage
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
Technical
• 5 years in the position of client relationship management and business development.
• Sound technical knowledge and experience within trust and fiduciary environment (dealing with multiple jurisdictions).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Soft
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
