About Nick Packer

Nick is the Chairman of the TrustQore Group.

Nick has over 30 years of industry experience, having previously co-founded and served as Executive Vice President and Joint Chief Operating Officer of Enstar Group Ltd (a NASDAQ-listed company with market capitalization of more than USD 4.5bn) since its formation in 2001. From 2014 to 2016, Nick also served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of StarStone, Enstar’s underwriting subsidiary

Nick has also served as Managing Director of the KaylaRe Group and acts as a non-executive director for several international companies.

About Marco Rapaglia

Marco is the Chief Executive Officer of the TrustQore. Marco has overall responsibility for TrustQore and is also involved in a select number of client relationships.
Marco has been working with the company since 2014 having previously acted as Managing Director of the GMG Group overseeing operations in Switzerland, Mauritius, the British Virgin
Islands and South Africa.

Marco is a former Accenture Partner and Director to the board of Accenture Belgium,
Netherlands and Luxembourg. Marco has also a director and shareholder of several real estate investment and development businesses.

About Kim Setzkorn
Kim serves as a Group Director and heads up Legal, Risk and Compliance Officer for the TrustQore Group. Kim has been with the Company since 2008 and during this time has held several key positions within the Company including: heading up client operations (administration and accounting), relationship management of premium client relations and providing legal and technical support for the client operations and the Group.

Kim is a seasoned director holding board positions (including on listed entities) on key clients and is a member of several committees (risk, governance and investment). Kim is registered as an attorney in South Africa and her specialty is in fiduciary and corporate matters for high-net-worth private clients.

Kim holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts degree (majoring in Private Law and Psychology) from the University of South Africa and is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. Kim is based in our Mauritius office.

About Patrick Sulzer

Patrick acts as TrustQore Group Director and as Managing Director of TrustQore Middle East and has been based in Dubai since 2006. He is a seasoned professional with over twenty-two years of extensive international experience spanning various sectors. He possesses a deep understanding of the regulatory, financial, and non-financial services sectors in the Middle East, including investments. Patrick’s expertise lies in operations management, strategic implementation, and business development across a spectrum of organisations, from start-ups to multinationals.

Vehlen is the Chief Operating Officer at TrustQore Group since January 2024 and is a seasoned executive with nearly two decades of international operations experience. His strategic vision, operational finesse, and client-centric leadership are determinant in propelling our client services division to remarkable success. Vehlen’s deep understanding of regulatory landscapes and commitment to excellence drive business efficiency and superior service delivery. Under his dynamic leadership, our team fosters collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Vehlen’s past achievements included securing significant deals and enhancing value proposition to clients. With prestigious qualifications including a FCCA from the UK and affiliations with ACCA and MIPA, Vehlen remains at the forefront of industry standards. As a pivotal member of our organisation, Vehlen ensures our continued growth and client satisfaction through unwavering dedication and strategic foresight.
About David Koon Kam King
David qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG in London (United Kingdom). He has 16 years of experience in internal audit and IT audit. He worked in Africa (Johannesburg, Togo), United Kingdom (London), France (Paris), Madagascar and Seychelles. He acts as the Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee of the Guardrisk Group (cell captive insurance) in Mauritius. He is the Vice President of the Chinese Business Chamber (CBC) and a speaker on cryptocurrency and blockchain in Mauritius. He was appointed a director of TrustQore (Mauritius) Ltd in September 2022.
About Nico van Zyl

Nico van Zyl , the new Director of Client Solutions at TrustQore Group since February 2024, is a seasoned Managing Director with over a decade of experience in offshore financial services. He spearheaded the expansion of Sovereign Trust (Mauritius) Limited, driving revenue and expanding staff from 7 to 30. His efforts were recognised with the Sovereign Group Chairman’s Award for fastest-growing office globally in 2021. With expertise in business development, Nico has led teams across Europe and Africa, surpassing sales targets and fostering strong client relationships. A qualified member of STEP, Nico excels in global company formation, trust creation, and corporate services. Holding a STEP Diploma in International Trust Management as well as a Diploma in Tourism and Tour Operations, along with certifications from the Institute of Directors in leadership and directorship, Nico brings a diverse skill set to his role.

About Ronel Williams

Ronel is the Director of Client Administration of the TrustQore Group. She heads up the administration teams responsible for the client administration services and provides technical and legal support to the teams.

Ronel has been with the company since 2019, having joined as a fiduciary specialist. Prior to that, she worked as a fiduciary specialist for a high net worth wealth management company in South Africa. Ronel has extensive experience in the fiduciary field and served as Chairperson of the Fiduciary Institute of Southern Africa for 3 years.

 Ronel was admitted as a (non-practising) Advocate of the High Court in South Africa. She is a Fiduciary Practitioner (SA), Master Tax Practitioner (SA) and a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. She holds the degrees BA, LLB, LLM (with distinction) and LLD, a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning and a Postgraduate Diploma in Tax Law.

About Flora Machado

Flora Machado is the Head of Client Operations in the Swiss Office. She has over 15 years of experience in the fiduciary sector. She joined TrustQore in 2019. She is responsible for all client facing services in Geneva to include the provision of Swiss trustee services to foreign law trusts and the regulatory/AML aspects associated with those services. Flora has a wide range of experience in trust business. She is specialized in the management and administration of complex multi-national structures for high-net-worth families mainly from Europe and Israel but also South Africa within a wide range of managed real assets, including shipping yachts, private equity and commercial and residential property.

She is a full member of the Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Geneva.

Flora is fluent in French, English, Portuguese and Spanish.

About Suzannah Reuben
Suzannah joined TrustQore’s Swiss office as a Relationship Manager on 1st February 2023. Suzannah has 20 years’ experience in the Private Client and trust industry, having worked for 3 trust companies in Geneva as well as a prestigious Swiss law firm. Suzannah spent the first half of her career as a Paralegal, having solidified this expertise during her 10 years at Cargill’s Geneva office handling legal claims involving international commodity and shipping disputes. Prior to moving to Switzerland, Suzannah worked in a small Sydney law firm as a Legal Secretary/Paralegal collaborating with lawyers on probate matters, matrimonial law cases and conveyancing transactions. Suzannah holds the STEP Diploma in International Trust Management as well as the STEP Advanced Certificate in UK Tax for International Clients. As a Trust Officer/Manager, Suzannah’s principal focus was administrating simple and complex trust structures for UK resident/non-domiciled and UK resident/domiciled families. Suzannah has also had first-hand experience with cross-border trust issues in particular legal proceedings involving multiple jurisdictions, asset freezing orders, witness hearings and complex settlement negotiations. Suzannah is of English mother tongue and speaks and writes French fluently. She has an intermediate level of Spanish and Italian and is currently learning Arabic and Portuguese.
About Simita Jibna

Simita is the Associate Director, Complaince & MLRO & CO of the TrustQore Group. Simita oversees the Compliance department in Mauritius and support the Compliance operations for Switzerland and British Virgin Islands offices.

Simita joined the TrustQore Group on 19 November 2020 as the Head Compliance & MLRO, having previously been the MLRO of an international bank in Mauritius for eight years.

Simita is a Certified Anti Money Laundering Specialist and completed the STEP Certificate in Anti Money Laundering (distinction). Simita has completed the Professional Levels of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) and holds a Diploma in Accounting from the London Chamber of Commerce & Industry (LCCI).

About Natalie Cridlan
Natalie, as the Head of Client Operations in South Africa, manages a diversified portfolio of existing clients and works extensively on the establishment of new client relationships.

She joined TrustQore in 2018, having previously been in the financial services industry with a large listed bank in South Africa, where she was head of tax for two of the bank’s well known brands. During her tenure, Natalie also gained vast experience in offshore planning and fiduciary solutions.

Natalie completed her articles with an audit firm in South Africa and has a Masters Degree in South African and International Tax.

About Manuela Meunier

Manuela is the Associate Director, Governance and the Company Secretary of the TrustQore Group and has the overall responsibility of working collaboratively with the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, Directors and other stakeholders on all constitutional, procedural and governance matters for the Company. In her role Manuela is tasked with leading the development, implementation and continual review of the effectiveness of corporate policies and governance processes which ensure that TrustQore is compliant with all relevant statutory regulations, legislation and industry best practice.  Manuela has been working for the company since 2018.

Prior to joining TrustQore, Manuela spent 10 years at a top 4 audit firm in Mauritius and thereafter acted as Company Secretary for a major bank in Mauritius. Manuela has also worked for listed companies in Mauritius. Manuela is a Fellow Member of the Chartered Governance Institute of UK and Ireland.

About Nazleen Edoo

Nazleen is a Associate Director, Client Operations and Team Leader in the Mauritius office of the TrustQore Group. Nazleen oversees the operations including administration and accounting services as well as maintains the client relationship for a group of clients.

Nazleen joined TrustQore in November 2011 having previously worked as Assistant Manager, Company Secretary and Director in other Management Companies. Nazleen has more than 20 years’ experience in the Global Business Sector and sits on the Board of client companies.

Nazleen holds a Bachelor (Hons) in Economics from the University of Mauritius and is a fellow member of the Chartered Governance Institute (previously known as The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators) and a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.

About Nitesh Baussoo
Nitesh is the Director of Client Accounting.  He leads and directs the proficient accounting teams responsible for client accounting and the meticulous preparation of financial reports. His responsibilities extend to delivering technical support and guaranteeing strict adherence to the intricate financial reporting procedures.

Nitesh’s association with TrustQore commenced in 2022 when he joined as a Fund specialist, bringing to TrustQore an impressive track record of two decades of professional experience. His extensive career encompasses tenure at several prominent management firms, including the esteemed Deutsche Bank. During this time, Nitesh held pivotal roles, such as Executive Director, and he assumed the crucial responsibility of serving as the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) for various distinguished organizations.

Nitesh is a fellow with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

About Shameer Rampersand
Shameer is currently a Associate Director, Client Operations & Team Leader (Client Services) based in our Mauritius office. He is responsible for the management and oversight of a team of 8 trust accountants and administrators who undertake administration and accounting services for a portfolio of HNW and UHNW clients. He is also the primary contact for several key client relationships. Shameer joined the company in 2007. Prior to joining TrustQore, Shameer worked for another management company in Mauritius and for the Mauritian Customs and Excise Department. Shameer holds a degree in BA (Hons) Economics from the University of New Delhi.
About Vickram Deerpaul
Vickram is a Senior Team Manager based in the Mauritius office and leads a team of 7 including administrators and accountants, looking after a portfolio of HNW and UHNW clients along with investment holding companies and other structures.

He has worked in the Mauritius financial services industry since 2009, developing significant experience in administration and company secretarial matters. Prior to joining TrustQore in 2019, Vickram worked for another management company in Mauritius, an international service provider of corporate fund administration services.

Vickram holds a BSc. (Hons) in Accounting with Information System from the University of Mauritius and ACCA Diploma in Accounting and Business.

About Chetranee Ramdour Bhoree
Chetranee is a Team Manager in the Mauritius office. She joined TrustQore in 2016. Chetranee is a qualified Chartered Accountant (FCCA). She gained experience in the financial services and auditing sector , working for MITCO (part of CIEL Group) and Mazars.

Chetranee oversees a portfolio of UHNW clients based in Russia, Kenya, Dubai and has clients involved in the fintech, blockchain development, virtual assets and crypto currencies/NFTs.

About Akshay Manna
Akshay is a Team Manager in the Mauritius office. He joined TrustQore in 2018 and has over 10 years of experience in the fiduciary and corporate services sector.

Leading a team of administrators and accountants, Akshay oversees a portfolio of clients comprising of complex structures for high-net-worth families mainly from Europe, Israel, South Africa and Mauritius.

Akshay holds an ACCA diploma in accounting and business and prior to joining TrustQore Akshay has been working for other management companies in Mauritius.

About Yudish Lutchmoodoo

Yudish is the Associate Director, Finance of the TrustQore Group. He is responsible for managing the financial actions of the Group and provide strategic leadership for the finance function.

Yudish has more than 15 years of experience in the industry. He has been working with the Company since 2016 and has been involved in setting up Fund structures and dealing with Structured Insurance products for the US market.

Prior to joining TrustQore, Yudish spent more than 5 years at Deutsche Bank as an Associate in the client accounting team, and more than 5 years as audit manager in an audit firm.

Yudish is a Fellow with the Association of Chartered Accountants and holds a diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards. He is also a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.

About Manaicha Veeruppen

Manaicha is the Associate Director, Human Capital of the TrustQore Group. She has the key responsibility of the full cycle of Human Capital of the Group and to work positively with all levels of the company to unleash the organization’s energy.

Manaicha has been working with the company since 2019. She has 15 years’ experience in Human Capital and has a demonstrated history of working across multiple industries with cross-cultural & international exposure (Mauritius, Madagascar, France, US).

Manaicha holds a Bachelor Commerce in Human Resources Management and Management from Curtin University of Technology, Australia and she is an engaged member of Lions Clubs International.

About Iqbal Khodadin
Iqbal, as the Head of IT at TrustQore Group is tasked with overseeing the entire spectrum of IT services, including infrastructure and systems within the TrustQore Group. He is responsible for ensuring that IT systems, policies, and procedures are compliant with regulators across all jurisdictions. Additionally, Iqbal plays a pivotal role in driving the IT strategy, managing organisational projects, and serving as a key liaison among various stakeholders.

Joining the TrustQore family in 2023, Iqbal brought a rich blend of expertise in IT and Project Management. His previous role as a Manager at BDO IT Consulting saw him providing advisory services across diverse economic sectors, including banking, insurance, leasing companies, accountancy firms, and fiduciary/trust companies.

Academically, Iqbal is well-grounded with an MSc in Project Management from the University of Technology, Mauritius, and a BCOM with Honours in E-Commerce from the University of Reunion. His educational journey also includes a Diploma in Data metrics from the University of South Africa and a Diploma in Technology from the Mauritius Chamber of Commerce and Industry
