Manuela is the Head of Governance and the Company Secretary of the TrustQore Group and has the overall responsibility of working collaboratively with the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, Directors and other stakeholders on all constitutional, procedural and governance matters for the Company. In her role Manuela is tasked with leading the development, implementation and continual review of the effectiveness of corporate policies and governance processes which ensure that TrustQore is compliant with all relevant statutory regulations, legislation and industry best practice.  Manuela has been working for the company since 2018. 

Prior to joining TrustQore, Manuela spent 10 years at a top 4 audit firm in Mauritius and thereafter acted as Company Secretary for a major bank in Mauritius. Manuela has also worked for listed companies in Mauritius. Manuela is a Fellow Member of the Chartered Governance Institute of UK and Ireland.
