Client Entity Setup Administrator

Job Description
The goal of the Client Entity Setup administrator is to manage the incorporation/establishment of client entities to meet internal and external deadlines while maintaining proper risk management in the area of KYC due diligence.
Responsibilities
- Incorporate and register companies in jurisdictions such as Mauritius, BVI
- Liaise with Mauritius Registrar of Companies (ROC) for incorporation of Mauritian companies (GBL/Domestic/Authorised)
- Liaise with Mauritius Financial Services Commission (FSC) for licences
- Liaise with BVI registered agent for incorporation of BVI companies
- Draft trust deeds (MAU, BVI) and all related documents
- Update the incorporation information on the internal system (5Series)
- Ensure the proper set up of entities by liaising with the Risk & compliance team, the Business Development Team, Relationship managers and Team managers
- Maintain monthly reports in respect of incoming and outgoing clients
Candidate Profile
- A Degree in a Business-related discipline (Management, Business, Marketing)
- 2 years’ experience in the Global Business sector
- Experience with the set up and incorporation of companies both in Mauritius and offshore
- Experience in dealing with the ROC and FSC
- Experience in setting up a trust
- General understanding of trust structure and parties involved in a trust
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to deal with clients in different jurisdictions
- Self-motivated with the ability to identify problems and provide solutions within the requirements of the position
- Competent individual with integrity, accountability, strong interpersonal skills, and a great team player
- Good negotiation skills and business knowledge
