TrustQore (Switzerland) SA is an officially licensed Swiss trust company having been issued its trust licence from the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) on 23 November 2022 pursuant to the new Swiss law which came into force on 1 January 2020. TrustQore (Switzerland) SA is supervised for all its Swiss anti-money laundering requirements by SOFIT (Supervisory Organisation for Financial Intermediaries and Trustees).

TrustQore (Mauritius) Ltd is regulated by the Mauritius Financial Services Commission.

TrustQore (BVI) Ltd and its three subsidiaries are regulated by the Financial Services Commission in the British Virgin Islands.

TrustQore Middle East L.L.C-FZ is regulated by the United Arab Emirates Meydan Freezone authority.
