Sindiya is a Sri Lankan national currently based in Dubai and works with TrustQore Middle East LLC as an Associate, Client Operations. Sindiya has over 8 years of professional experience across business consultancy, operations management, and client relationship services. In her role at TrustQore Middle East, Sindiya supports the onboarding and administration of client structures and coordinates operational and compliance-related processes to ensure efficient service delivery across multiple jurisdictions. Sindiya is a currently pursuing a Master of Science (MSc) in Business Transformation, further strengthening her knowledge in business strategy, digital transformation and organizational change. She works closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate company formation, regulatory documentation and ongoing client administration.
