Manaicha, of Mauritian origin, is TrustQore Group’s Associate Director of Human Capital. With a comprehensive understanding of the entire human capital cycle, Manaicha collaborates positively with all levels of the company to unleash the organisation’s energy.

Manaicha joined the company in 2019. She has almost twenty years of relevant experience in human capital management, developing her expertise in diverse industries and cultures including Mauritius, Madagascar, France, and the US.
Graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management and Management from Curtin University of Technology, Australia, Manaicha is deeply committed to her professional growth and engagement.

Outside work, Manaicha is an active member of Lions Clubs International. She
enjoys reading and exploring different cultures around the world through travel, whether embarking on solo adventures or with family and friends.
