Holding the Institute of Directors (IoD) Diploma in Company Direction, he also holds the STEP Diploma in International Trust Management, the International Compliance Association (ICA) Diploma in Governance, Risk, and Compliance, and is a Professional Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI).

John previously served as Managing Director and Director of Group Strategy at a leading international trust and corporate services firm, where he was responsible for shaping and executing the company’s strategic growth initiatives. His leadership encompassed business development, market expansions, and operational restructuring while driving the successful execution of mergers and acquisitions (M&A). He led key acquisitions and post merger integrations, enhanced service offerings, and secured strategic partnerships that contributed significantly to revenue growth.

A professional trustee with extensive experience managing HNW and UHNW clients, John has also served as a Non-Executive Director (NED), contributing strategic oversight, governance expertise, and risk management capabilities to boards.
