South African born and based in Mauritius, Group Director Kim is TrustQore’s head of Legal, Risk and Compliance. She joined the Company in 2008 and has held several key positions during her group career. These include heading up client operations (administration and accounting), premium client relationship management and providing legal and technical support for client operations and the wider Group.

Kim is an experienced director having served on several key client boards, including listed entities. Additionally, she is a member of several risk, governance and investment committees.

Registered as an attorney in South Africa, one of Kim’s specialisms is to advise on fiduciary and corporate matters for high-net-worth private clients. Kim holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts degree (majoring in Private Law and Psychology) from the University of South Africa and is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

Kim is married and outside work enjoys golf and boating.
