| ABOUT THE ROLE | We are looking for a driven and experienced professional to join our UAE office as a Client Accountant. This full-time role will support our growing client portfolio and contribute to the success of the Dubai office. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of UAE accounting practices, VAT returns, tax filing, compliance requirements, and thrive in a boutique, fast-paced environment. |
| RESPONSIBILITIES | |
| Duties / Tasks | |
| Client Accounting & Reporting | Manage a portfolio of clients, handling all accounting and reporting requirements. |
| Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, financial reports, and management accounts. | |
| Draft annual statutory financial statements in line with UAE regulations and Group guidelines. | |
| Oversee VAT returns, tax filings, and ensure compliance with regulatory deadlines. | |
| Prepare audit files and manage the audit process. | |
| Process invoices, load payments, and prepare documentation for approval. | |
| Liaise with clients, auditors, regulators, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations. | |
| Deliver excellent service and build strong client relationships. | |
| REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS | |
| Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, or started ACCA, CFA, ACA, or CIMA. | |
| 3–5 years of experience in client accounting, preferably within the UAE. | |
| Strong knowledge of UAE accounting standards, VAT, and tax compliance. | |
| Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage deadlines independently. | |
| Strong communication and interpersonal skills. | |
