Our internal group structure enables trust administration to be undertaken in a cost-efficient manner, selecting the most appropriate jurisdiction to meet our clients’ objectives. We have achieved this by implementing seamless, efficient internal processes that ensures work is assigned to the appropriately experienced individual at the correct price level. This avoids the situation where clients pay for more expensive resources to undertake routine tasks at a higher charge out rate or in more expensive jurisdictions.

Importantly, our clients retain access to a dedicated Relationship Manager, who is supported by a member of our Senior Management Team. This ensures a single consistent point of contact.
